Jonathan Bulkeley serves as the Chief Executive Officer at RealMatch. Prior to RealMatch, Jonathan Bulkeley was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Blue Square Small Cap Value Fund, a Hedge Fund, which he started in March 2009. Before Blue Square Small Cap Value Fund, Jonathan Bulkeley had a 25 year career in the Media and Internet industry including executive management roles at Time Warner and AOL, and Chief Executive Officer responsibilities at Barnes & Nobles.com, Lifeminders and Scanbuy. He also has extensive public and private company Board of Directors experience including The Readers Digest Association, Dex One Corporation, QXL, Spark Networks, Edgar Online, Milliken & Company and IGN Entertainment.

Terry Baker brings 20+ years of managing high growth companies to his role as President of RealMatch Inc. Prior to joining RealMatch, Baker was the founder and CEO of Amped Market Place Inc. a strategic partner to online media companies by providing services to amplify traffic, audience and revenue. Baker’s career in online recruitment and on line media has included helping companies reach critical mass and global coverage through business development, direct sales and channel development, M&A, marketing and product management including executive leadership roles with Adicio Inc., Advanced Recruiting Technology Inc., and Hire.com. Mr. Baker also served as a founding member of the Board of Directors of the HR-XML International Consortium and was instrumental in HR-XML’s global expansion. Baker is a frequent speaker in the U.S. and internationally, and has presented at conferences hosted by NAA, OnRec, Editor & Publisher, Folio, ICMA and IAEWS. He earned an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Information Systems from San Diego State University.

Motti Mor is a co-founder of the company and currently serves as RealMatch's Chief Operating Officer and the General Manager of our office in Israel. Motti has 14 years of hands-on software development and management experience. Prior to assuming his current role, Motti was Chief Client Office running RealMatch's Partner Success Team and prior to that Vice President of R&D at RealMatch Ltd. Motti brings RealMatch a wealth of experience in technology and customer care. He has managed multiple projects from concept to delivery, used by millions of people. Before joining RealMatch, Motti was the Technology Manager of US operations at RedMatch, Ltd. and a Development Team Leader at Edusoft. Motti holds an Associate Degree in Computer Sciences and BA degree at business management. He lives in Israel with his wife and three children.

Chris oversees all marketing initiatives for RealMatch. He has over 20 years of marketing and product management experience building brand awareness and driving product adoption from the ground up in the career development, content management, e-commerce, and data analytics industries. He has been instrumental in launching new market segments for SaaS-based companies such as MindSpring/EarthLink where he spearheaded the development and launch of the industry’s first integrated e-commerce solution for small businesses,  establishing the company as a market leader and reaching over $50 million in sales in less than 3 years. He holds an M.B.A from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Georgia.  He lives in New York City.

Sandeep Gill serves as the Chief Financial Officer of RealMatch. Gill has over 20 years of financial and operational experience spanning the logistics, consulting, advertising, software, alternative investments, and the analytics industries. He has helped scale promising start-ups into category defining successful companies through superior financial management and systematized business intelligence practices. Prior to RealMatch, Gil worked at Novus Partners, Nomi Technologies, Shift Labs, MediaMath Inc., and McKinsey & Company in various finance roles. Sandeep studied Nautical Science at LBS College, India and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Amir, a B.Sc graduate from the Technion, brings 16 years of experience to RealMatch in designing, building and managing state of the art software solutions. For the last 10 years, Amir has been focused on the development of unique free text analysis technologies. As CTO, Amir is responsible for the overall technology direction of the company and for specific development programs that are designed to position RealMatch as a technological leader in its market. Amir was a former VP R&D at Columbus Application and at Ebase.

Avi is the manager of RealMatch’s development team. He supervises the team’s day to day work, as well as contributes to the company’s long term technological vision, strategy, and tools.  Avi brings over 15 years of hands-on software development and management experience to RealMatch and is a member of RealMatch’s founding team.  He has extensive knowledge in a large scale systems, databases, and business analysis and is in charge of the current architecture for most RealMatch products. Prior to joining Realmatch, Avi was a Team leader at Redmatch Ltd. and Softov Ltd. Avi holds a practical engineering degree in Computer Sciences.

Moshe Kigler is a product management executive with more than 15 years of experience in the software and Internet space. Moshe has vast experience in turning ideas into viable, successful products. During these years he has also gained vast experience managing products across international markets, specifically in the consumer online space. Prior to joining RealMatch, Moshe led product management at CheckPoint, AOL, Neustar, and Intel.
